Part talk show, part improv, part middle school rite of passage.
7 Minutes in Heaven was a web series/talk show hosted by Mike O'Brien. O'Brien is an I/O and Second City Alum. He is a member of the legendary I/O Harold team The Reckoning and was a writer for SNL from 2009 to 2015. He became a featured player from 2013 to 2014, and sporadically contributed films to the show after that.
7 Minutes in Heaven is a talk show like none other. For starters, it takes place in a closet and ends just like its namesake, the middle school party game. In between is an eclectic mix of improv, stream of consciousness and plain-old weirdness. His guests ranged from acclaimed actors and actresses, SNL alum, and more (Ellen, Hoda Kotb and the Insane Clown Posse to name a few).
